Dr Amisha Mehta is an experienced General Practitioner with a specialist interest in cardiovascular health, women’s health, and preventative medicine. She completed her medical training at University College London (UCL) Medical School and works across both the NHS and private sectors, providing high-quality, compassionate care in a range of clinical settings.
Amisha completed a Cardiovascular Disease Clinical Fellowship with Imperial College Health Partners, where she gained advanced expertise in the management of complex cardiovascular risk. She is also AFMCP-trained through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), equipping her to apply a functional, systems-based approach that explores the root causes of illness and supports sustainable health improvements.
She is deeply passionate about reducing the burden of heart disease through early detection, lifestyle modification, and proactive, evidence-based interventions. Her clinical interests extend to women’s health, including perimenopause and menopause care, where she focuses on empowering women to navigate hormonal changes confidently and optimise long-term cardiovascular and metabolic health.
At One5 Health, Amisha is dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional and preventative medicine — helping patients take control of their health through a personalised, whole-person approach that combines medical precision with lifestyle insight.
