Dr Sabharwal also has a specialist interest in preventative healthcare, lifestyle medicine, mental health and the management of chronic conditions. He continues to undertake work in the NHS as well as in the private sector.

Dr Sabharwal is a passionate GP with further experience and accreditation in Sport & Exercise Medicine. His key area of medical research lies in working with professional footballers in English football leagues in assessing and managing mental health problems at the elite athlete level.

He did his medical training at St Barts and The London School of Medicine (MBBS). He is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners  (MRCGP). He is a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM). He also went on to complete a Masters (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Medicine from University College London based at the world famous Institute of Sport, Exercise & Health.
