Dr Sabharwal is a passionate GP with further experience and accreditation in Sport & Exercise Medicine.
He did his medical training at St Barts and The London School of Medicine (MBBS).
He is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).
He went on to complete a Masters (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Medicine from University College London based at the world famous Institute of Sport, Exercise & Health.
His key area of medical research lies in working with professional footballers in English football leagues in assessing and managing mental health problems at the elite athlete level.
Dr Sabharwal also has a specialist interest in preventative healthcare, lifestyle medicine, mental health and the management of chronic conditions. He continues to undertake work in the NHS as well as in the private sector.

Dr Mehma Rai is an experienced GP in the NHS and private sector. She has further accreditation in nutrition and women's health. She has also further training as a GP with specialist interest in clinical dermatology and skin care.
She did her undergraduate medical training at Kings College London (MBBS) where she also completed a BSc in nutrition.
Dr Rai is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and also hold a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRCOG).

Dr Oliver Rabie is a highly experienced and professional GP who is also an accredited and certified both in Sport & Exercise Medicine and in Lifestyle Medicine.
He did his undergraduate medical training at Keele University School of Medicine and completed a BSc in Sport & Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University of London. After spending a year working in different Emergency Medicine departments in London he completed his GP training in City and Hackney.
He has a specialist interest in Lifestyle and Preventative Medicine and in particular in the health benefits of exercise. He is focused on taking a whole body and mind approach to helping people achieve their health goals in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. He continues with work in both the NHS and the private sector as a GP whilst also maintaining an up to date knowledge in the developing field of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr Jessica Howitt

Dr Jessica Howitt is an experienced GP and certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, working in both the NHS and private sector.
She studied Medicine at the University of Sheffield (MBCHB), and completed her postgraduate GP training at King’s College Hospital, London. She is a member of the Royal College of GPs (MRCGP) and also holds postgraduate diplomas from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRCOG) and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (Dip IBLM/BSLM). She is currently undertaking a Health Coaching certification from the National Society of Health Coaches.
Dr Howitt is passionate about lifestyle and preventative medicine. She aims to educate and empower you to improve your health through evidenced- based lifestyle changes, alongside more traditional approaches to healthcare.

Dr Charlotte Verney

Dr Charlotte Verney is a thorough and caring GP and accredited Lifestyle Medicine Physician.
She studied Medicine at Leeds University (MBChB) where she also completed a BSc in Anatomy. Before becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), Dr Verney gained a wealth of experience over several years in hospital medicine predominantly at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, including Emergency Medicine (MRCEM), Acute Medicine and Intensive Care. Charlotte holds the Lifestyle Medicine Diploma (Dip IBLM/BSLM) and has completed training in Coaching for Health.
Dr Verney has also worked as an expedition doctor overseas, managing altitude sickness and supporting teams on remote challenges. Her love of adventure and mountains lead her to complete the Mountain Medicine Diploma (DiMM).
Charlotte is compassionate and understands the reality of barriers that can stand in the way of making positive choices for our own health. She aims to adopt a holistic approach, using a coaching style to address what is most important for you.
